How does it work ? |

It's really not as tough as it sounds. With a one time free trial you can get familiar
with SMSDoc services and send important documents to multiple recipients. You simply
need to upload the required document from your briefcase, compose a message in a

How do I start using SMSDocument ? / How do I register? |

"It's very simple! You can immediately start off with a temporary account
that allows you to ask questions and post replies - but this account will deactivate
after 24 hours. At that point, any posts/replies you wrote will be removed from
public view. Once this is done and you are sure you want to hang around you can
register yourself to our services. Registering for an account is easy and takes
a few minutes. Give us the needed stuff and we instantly make you a registered “flipper”.

What can I do with SMSDocument ? |

You can do a lot of things with SMSDoc like saving you the hassle of carrying a
pile of documents everywhere. It also enables you to send them across the globe
with just an SMS.

How do I get to the Login Page? |

Once you visit SMSDocument, the first page that you will be directed to is the
Login User Link.
Just punch in your username and password and get started. |

What are Credits? |

A Credit is nothing but virtual cash.You'll need credits while using our services
at SMSDoc. |

How much does it cost to use SMSDocument ? |

For every SMS, 2 credits would be deducted from your account. |

How do I acquire (more) credits ? |

Every time you get low on credits, SMSDoc will alert you with a pop-up "Low on Credits".
To get more credits you can send an SMS or shoot an email with your account information.
We'll make sure to put the desired credits in your account. |

What is 'My Briefcase' ? |
|
|
"My Briefcase" is a place for you to lock up all your documents, update
them or delete them. You can access your documents from the briefcase whenever you
want by punching one simple SMS. |

Does SMSDoc provide confidentiality to the documents in "My Briefcase"? |

We knew this was coming! Your files are completely protected in our briefcase. We
understand the importance of "privacy" and will make sure that noone trespasses

Yes, SMSDocument is compatible with almost all the major mobile networks in India.

How can I get technical help or assistance? |

At SMSDoc we take care to see that our customers do not face any complications while
sending documents. Even if you as a member face the slightest trouble we will be
here to help you. You can vist the Help Us section for futher assistance. |

Will I ever be banned? |
|
|
Our moderators will be constantly checking the documents that are being sent. If
any document is found unfit to be sent through SMSDocument you will receive a warning
message. If you tend to repeat the same thing again you will receive message, “Banned
on SMSDocument!” We hate to do this, but to be able to use SMSDocument you have
to follow certain rules for the safety of the fellow users not forgetting your safety
too!
